Because the summertime is so busy it can be stressful, but the fast paced work environment keeps you on your toes and makes everyday interesting. At times communication could be better but all departments are staffed with friendly, hardworking people who really care about their jobs, the customer experience, and the people working besides them.

Long hours, no opportunities for advancement, full commission with draws that roll over so when you do make commission you pay company back for draws. Sales staff is competitive and management lets them steal customers from each other. They don't care as long as the company gets a sale.
