Inconvénients
-The management is extremely standoffish and they never stay in town long enough to truly take care of the place. -They don't even want to talk to you while they're to be teaching you your job; They will vaunt around you and play pretend about practices they're supposed to help you with while giving you the most minimal advice. -They will treat you like you're a joke. -There is no proper ventilation system set up above the heated machines or near the printers so you breathe in lint and toxic fumes all day. -The HVAC system is non-existent, it consists of a very old style of ventilation. So during the summer you are subject to 100+ Degree Fahrenheit weather indoors with the aforementioned problems. -All of the employees are very out-thrusting. -Even if you work as hard as You can, it doesn't necessarily mean anything to them. -There are no proper chemical bins for their wastage ink from the printers, you are polluting the planet by working for them. -Things aren't easy for the seamstresses either, they work under hot lamps all day. -Sometimes there is an insurmountable volume of work to be done in one day compared to the laborers at hand and everyone tends to get backed up with work during that.
