      Administrators are more supportive of the parents and students than the employees. Hire non-certified teachers to teach classrooms and do not support the teachers they have when injuries or issues arise. Administrators are worried about lawsuits from Parents who ruled the organization.

      Summers and major holidays off Great medical and dental insurance Great hours for working around family needs Union

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not the greatest Union is both a pro and con only because you could be doing an awesome job and get paid the same as someone who is doing mediocre Going above and beyond can’t be compensated due to being unionized Chances of being hurt on the job are high despite trainings
