Small, under-staffed, not as open to change regarding job roles as I would like.

As a 10+ year finance manager with multiple dealerships I can say that the atmosphere here is unlike any dealer group I’ve ever experienced. There is certainly an expectation to perform your job well but that expectation is expected from the top down. On multiple occasions I’ve witnessed the owner of the Colonial group (16 stores) cleaning off cars after a snowstorm. Financial compensation is fair and I have never felt as if I was subject to shady business practices or being underpaid. I cannot say the same about any other dealerships that I’ve worked for. Overall I couldn’t be happier and I’m closing in on my five year anniversary. I work at the Chevrolet store in Acton but I know that the other employees from different locations that I have spoken too feel the same way.

Close at 6 and sundays off. I get to see my kids. No cons here!
