      Avantages

      I left a different firm to come here just over three years ago now, and although I only have the one other company to compare to, I still talk to a bunch of my college friends and I can firmly stat that this is one of the top engineering companies to work for. Friendly/family environment during work hours and we tend to go out in groups for after work events.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly I can't think of any.

      Avantages

      -Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

      Inconvénients

      -Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
