      Worked there between 2016-2023 was a great company to work at, lots of lovely people

      Pay is okay but definitely just meets bottom to mid of the industry

      Avantages

      Compensation for higher ups is very reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      This is a company led by people who are ruled by emotion & paranoia. The collective mindset is that of a mom and pop organization rather than an international corporation. Decision-making is almost paralyzed. Employees and their contributions are marginalized.

      Avantages

      Good entry level job - pay is ok and leadership is pretty decent.

      Inconvénients

      Not good to stick around in long term, very little in the way of progression or pay rise available.
