Avantages
Coldpoint operates by a set of "Core Values". Many other companies preach a similar philosophy but fall way short on actual follow through. CP truly practices what they preach and takes care of their employees like no other company I have seen in 20 years working in this industry. The excellent service and appreciation from management has attracted customers and top talent from all over the industry.
Inconvénients
Cold temperatures in the storage freezer but if that's a real issue you wouldn't be looking for a job at a refrigerated warehouse.
