Avantages
Good people Decent pay Upper management does seem to care about the employees and want what’s best for the workers. Office work isn’t bad, pretty laid back atmosphere
Inconvénients
Communication is awful on the production side. Middle management/Supervisors don’t seem to care. Innovation by production workers is stifled at the supervisor/middle management level, or credit for the innovation is taken by management/supervisors. There are a lot of workers who have been around a long time and are adverse to change. Management has mislead workers in many ways. There is a general feeling of being out-of-the-loop for a lot of workers
