      Inconvénients

      Taking on too many new areas without the proper staffing and support. Extremely stressful environment. Employee workloads are too much.

      Avantages

      Wonderful people to work with, no matter how high up the chain they are. Being a merchandiser in other jobs allowed me to see the true communication and respect this company has in comparison.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to meet up with other coworkers since I was more of a "remote" location.
