Run run run this is not a good job - Avis employé Lead Driver/Supervisor Colas

Ok this is about Simon a Colas Subsidiary. Life at Simon sucks, management are retards and don't communicate. Most of the equipment is broken and they blame those lower down. Pay ain't great - they get it right most of the time but for a good check expect to work 70hrs a week. They force dispatch drivers in defective equipment because they can't, won't or didn't fix it properly - over and over again. When it goes wrong they blame those lower down who told them it wouldn't work and then write them up. Drivers are subutly pressured to not write up defective equipment. Drinking on the job is an open secret. Safety in name only (SINO) is the name of the game. Management are either drunk, inempt or incompetent as it's impossible that they could be this bad unless it's on purpose.
