After the company was purchased, they have slowly been firing the developers in the US and outsourcing to India where the company's main headquarters are. They started lowering benefits and removing the employee friendly policies to match the global policies, including one that if you get removed from your project due to budget cuts, you get laid off rather than the company trying to find somewhere else to put you. Job security was completely eliminated once Coforge bought the company.
