Avantages
✅ Pros (Short, Professional & Clear) Here are polished pros you can use: Good work-life balance. Supportive environment once project KT starts. Excellent office facilities: gym, play zone, swimming pool. Canteen with one-time free meal. Cab services available. Calm and stress-free workplace. Suitable for people with 3+ years of experience looking for stability.
Inconvénients
1. Extremely Restrictive Bond Structure When joining, I signed a 2-year bond, but later discovered the training period was NOT included in those 2 years. I underwent 6 months of training, which was then extended another 3 months without proper justification. After 9 months of training, the 2-year bond started, and breaking it required paying ₹1.5 lakh, making it almost impossible to leave. 2. Training Period Mismanagement My manager (and management support behind him) extended my training unnecessarily. Bond terms were not clearly explained at the start. New agreements were introduced mid-way, making it even more restrictive for trainees. 3. No Career Growth for Freshers Skill development was almost zero. I did not get meaningful technical exposure. My skillset actually degraded over time. Very limited opportunities to switch to better roles or projects. 4. Stuck in the Same Role for Years I remained Junior Associate for 3+ years with no real progression. Internal movement to other roles was blocked due to politics and strict management controls. 5. Salary Growth is Negligible Hikes are very low, especially for freshers. Career progression is slow and highly dependent on politics, not performance. 6. Not Recommended for Freshers If you're starting your career and want to grow your skills, this is not the right place. There are limited opportunities, restrictive bonds, minimal learning, and slow growth.
