      Small-Medium company, chances for growth are possible.

      Inconvénients

      The Management Leadership is a one man show, and bonuses are never paid for any level of employees. The founder will always find a reason so they don't pay you for hard work and extra hours. He will not mention if you have down falls until it's time to pay out the bonuses.

      Flexible schedule, and it's nice to work with a group of students in a classroom setting if you enjoy teaching.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is low, and not enough training.
