      Avantages

      I spent three years at Coderio as a Backend Developer and had the chance to work on complex systems that pushed me to improve my problem-solving skills. The work often involved integrating different services and dealing with real production scenarios, which added a lot of practical value. I also appreciated the level of ownership given to developers and the opportunity to contribute beyond just coding.

      Inconvénients

      Transitions between projects could sometimes feel abrupt, requiring quick ramp-ups and adjustments to new team dynamics.

      Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      My experience at Coderio was excellent. The company truly values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. I always felt supported by my leader and encouraged to share ideas and take on new challenges.
