Great culture and values, management does not have large corporate experience, but treats the employees fairly and promotes cultural variety within teams, as well as care about the well-being and happiness of the employees. Nothing. Only problem might be that they don't have an office in Stockholm.

Nice people. Interesting customers and area of work, with a nice office and remote work possibilities. I believe management tries to do good. If you can wear many hats you can have a good time there.

Management don't really know what they're doing. Running around, screwing up budgets, forgetting goals, forgetting deals, forgetting projects, forgetting customers, meetings etc. They don't seem to prioritize and they refuse to plan or implement even any kind of agile planning even though they love to say they do, so a bit confusing.
