      Avantages

      Initially was good platform for remote gig jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Lately the platform is awful. Mobile apps have a lot of bugs, no improvement in tech of platform, taking too much of percentage for work done, spying on conversations if I took my client somewhere else.

      Company Culture - Strong Work Family, No Politics, No Ego Trips , TRUE Transparency and Open Door Policy, Not Only Willing But Eager to Absorb Ideas From Current Team When/If Applicable, Excellent Support, Good Salary - Always Paid on Time or Early. Proven Revenue Model, Poised for Exponential Growth (i have been there, seen it before)

      Playbooks, Processes, Platform still being created, build (not really a negative as they are ahead of most companies in this space).
