      Avantages

      - Good work environment. - Private minibus service to and from Leamington. - In house canteen with acceptable prices. - Salary was good enough.

      Inconvénients

      - Can potentially end up working in an entry level position for years with no promotion in sight. - EA gutted what once was a great and highly effective QA department, I don't think EA really understood what they had when they bought Codemasters.

      Avantages

      •Salary pay is fair and always on time • flexible hours • good amount of in office parties/entrainment/activities

      Inconvénients

      • after a while no more room to grow since the games are being developed constantly stays the same •company and managerial mindset is artist is always to blame for everything • leaders, directors and higher postitin employee behaviors are unchecked and extremely bias •HR constantly fails to meet their obligations expecially towards expat employees •extreme lack of responsibility from management towards employees
