Not great, not terrible - Avis employé Developer Codecool

- This company used to be a leader in the Hungarian bootcamp market and is trying to get there again; no shortage of ambition - Visionaries are usually welcome and given space to create - Lots of eduaction material to use / recycle

- As of 2025, Codecool's flagship course is collapsing and the company seems to be in a shock - The market has been changing since the pandemic and the company can't seem to have found a way to adjust - The team that knew how to do successful education is now mostly gone and Codecool has lost most of its values with them

Codecool was the best place I ever worked for in terms of respecting employees and trying to look for the best solutions.

Codecool faced many challenges over the years and so the company kept changing. As an employee it can get difficult to adapt to the changes, but they aim at transparency which I value.
