There are N number of cons are there starting form micro - management till salary not being paid at time . Any one who is thinking of joining please think twice if your finding difficulties to get an job then only join other wise please go for other companies . If the management promise you about something and it's not in written then don't bulive them they are simply menupalitaing you . NO learing scope in the projects all the work in don by AI in mono repo (both frontend and backend in same repo) and they told you only to review the chanes . No Industry level Salary . Even they dont pay salary sometime happened with me it's been 5 months they didn't clear my February month salary . I might be frasted but If you join you might understand my situation . Remember my Words .
