      Avantages

      1. A lot of things to learn from Staff and Team-mates. 2. Timings are flexible and management do not prefer micro-management . 3. The only thing that effects your growth is your performance.

      Inconvénients

      Didn't felt any problems so far. I hope company will continue to maintain its pros.
