      Avantages

      Latest technologies such as : Next JS, Framer Motion, Tailwind etc are used. Friday is half day if work is complete Pay is above market rate if you are a lateral hire

      Inconvénients

      Managers are not very good at their job and it shows. Projects are very short term such as 1-2 months, so its hectic Every project starts in chaos and in the end they rush in tons of folks to clean up the mess. Wouldn't recommend joining here if you want a steady work life balance

      Thank you so much for your feedback and really tangible things that you experienced and that we can get better on. We agree that we need to help our managers more to give them the support and tools they need to help their employees get better and feel safe and supported. We are leaning into that and have been having small group meetings with managers as well as 1:1 coaching as needed.       I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals and be part of several outstanding teams.

      Inconvénients

      Recognition can be heavily influenced by recent accomplishments, and long term contributions may not always receive the same level of visibility. Your experience can also vary significantly depending on leadership, as having a strong manager makes a tremendous difference, while ineffective management can make it easier to feel overlooked.
