      Good for average and inefficient people.

      Inconvénients

      You’ll get same or less hike even if you are a high performer and your contributions in the team is way beyond than others. And, yes as you are a high performer, you will be pinched often to complete the complex tasks in less time. Other inefficient people can work on simple tasks and take relatively more time.

      I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals and be part of several outstanding teams.

      Recognition can be heavily influenced by recent accomplishments, and long term contributions may not always receive the same level of visibility. Your experience can also vary significantly depending on leadership, as having a strong manager makes a tremendous difference, while ineffective management can make it easier to feel overlooked.
