Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

Been here for some time now and overall it has been a decent ride. The work itself keeps you engaged, no two weeks feel exactly the same which I like. People are approachable, you can ask anyone for help without feeling awkward about it. There is a sense that your work actually matters here, you are not just another resource on a spreadsheet. Leadership is visible, you see them around and they interact with the team which is rare in most companies.

I wish there was more clarity on long term career path.
