Avantages

It's pretty rewarding to work with kids, and parents are usually relaxed.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it's pretty stressful to work during summer camps, when there are 2-3 teachers for 25-30 kids.

There are flexible hours, and plenty of opportunities in the summer.
