Avantages
you get to see how younger minds think and problem solve the same problem in so many unique and interesting ways. so long as you know the material and have a solid understanding of code control flow you'll be able to help any child out.
Inconvénients
since management will differ wildly from location to location I'll keep this to the job itself. once you know the material for all the belts, which admittedly is quite a bit, there isn't much to challenge you. the only exception is if your location has black belt kids (the final belt where they get to make their own game from scratch, aka no curriculum)
