      You honestly are the owner. The owner walks away from these things and expects the director to do everything. 30k is NOTHING for everything that u will do. Make sure you are making at least 65k a year for this position

      There are flexible hours, and plenty of opportunities in the summer.

      The curriculum for the kids isn't the best.
