      Working non-stop was always expected, regardless of how many hours you worked that week. Very little time off

      Avantages

      Lots of friendly talented individuals with great ideas. Accommodates to work schedule as needed.

      Inconvénients

      Allow some managers to disrespect others without any disciplinary actions. Lack of communication. No HR. Upper management uses lots of profanity, no professional at all.
