Avantages

Good product, nice office and good compansation package.

Inconvénients

Poor management at all. - Decisions are made and not communicated to anyone out of "management level" - High turnover, company has more than 10 years and avg employee is less than 2 years. - Lack of ownership and product planning - Too much pressure on delivery without any reason - Many people got fired by performance w/o any previous feedback

Cool and kind people. Everyone is helpful and collaborative. Teams interact with each other at our free daily lunch! Management cares about people.

Inconvénients

Workloads are pretty rigorous but I feel I can get it done.

Leadership and Values Discrepancy: There seems to be a significant gap between the values promoted by the company and those practiced, especially by the CEO. This discrepancy creates a conflicting work environment. Micro-Management Issues: The management style leans heavily towards micro-management, particularly from the director's side. This approach often hinders the autonomy and creativity of the engineering team. Lack of Authenticity in Values: The company's stated values often feel inauthentic or 'for show', leading to a lack of trust and morale among team members.
