Inconvénients
No accountability in management, managers are free to behave how they like including bullying. No clear structure for handling disputes or HR issues as there is no real HR, there is one person off site who isn’t accessible and one person on site who is so busy doing about five different jobs that you constantly have to follow up for anything to happen. Workload and task assignment is untenable in some roles that aren’t FOH, perfection is expected and mistakes are punished, including by firing and humiliation. Culture of “if you’re not good enough to do this job, then we’ll get someone else who can” rather than providing training and support. Incredibly toxic culture.
