To then go on a continue to hire at the same rate and promote all over social media about how well they're doing. Huns, you didn't hit your sales target for 3 quarters which is why you had to do a redundancy. Also for woman, be care of some of the men in management positions. Some think they're proactive modern men but then say stuff like "I'm a red blooded man" to proceed and explain why it's okay to hit on woman in work even while married with kids. And those same men were inviting woman in junior positions to hotel rooms after work social events. You're career has no future in this company!
