Avantages

- There are some good Project Managers who will make you feel comfortable. These are the people due to which the company still exists. - They have some really good clients and projects. - Colleagues are friendly here, you can seek help from them anytime. By "colleagues", I don't mean the management.

Inconvénients

- They micromanage each and every employee. They keep a track of whom you are talking to, why are you smiling at the workplace and will even count the number of times you checked in and out of the office and went to use the washroom. - The management doesn't have any human values, they won't understand your problems, will ask you to work even if you are feeling sick. They just care about how they can make money and pay less to their employees. - Even if you reach out to the CEO, CTO and CFO they won't respond to your concerns. They just make false promises that they are there in your tough time. - You would get old devices to work on and for every wear and tear, they would make you accountable. - You will work for long hours to meet the deadlines, but please don't expect even basic respect and appreciation from the company.

Avantages

They are led by highly intelligent leaders with regard to eCommerce. Talent improved a bit as I was on my way out.

Inconvénients

Make shift dev team will leave you embarrassed repeatedly when you're unable to put together solid sprint progress. They expect you to do more with less experienced developers or make shift teams. It's exhausting. Poor communication across the board. One of the product leaders is in over his head and is unable to put together a transition plan for his team to take on work. 4 people quit within the first 6 month I was there. I would get calls as late as 10pm
