      being a flat organization has its pros and cons. If you are good performer you will grow, if a not so great performer opportunities are fewer.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
