great discounts, solid training program and ability to move up within the company if you know the right people and are able to perform up to Coach's sales metric requirements; bonuses and monthly incentives for hitting your goals/ store goals
Inconvénients
long hours, corporate seems disconnected to daily operations on the store level; extremely sales focused- high goals and not a lot of time to get things done operationally that help a store run smoothly; pay is also on the low end for the amount of work required
