Perspective commerciale

Avantages

The benefits and pay have continued to improve as the company has grown. CoNetrix management has also done a great job of listening to employee feedback on ways to improve the company. I also feel like the company has been able to maintain the feeling and atmosphere of a smaller company while being able to offer some of the benefits of a larger company. CoNetrix also invests in its employees in many ways. One of the biggest ways they do this is with various learning opportunities made available to all employees.

Inconvénients

No major cons. One of the only I can think of is that some parts of the company may seem a little bit disconnected from the other parts, but this has improved in recent years as management has increased opportunities to interact and engage with one another.
