      The culture of family great, and has made me want to work for CRL until I retire.

      Inconvénients

      I cannot think of anything I would list as a con.

      Avantages

      Free fruit every day and free ice cream in the summers.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are hard to join. Many people have been there decades so they do not explain things well to new people and communication is unclear. Procedures are purposefully documented poorly so they can't be required to follow them during inspections. This means reference material is unavailable. The rudest supervisor I've ever met worked here and was well thought of.

      Thank you for taking time to share feedback on your time with CRL. Our goal is for communication to be effective not only on an organizational level but within each department as well.
