Immediate boss was excellent but was handcuffed in my opinion.

Lack of resources, no communication internally, no one wanting to actually change anything for the better it was very exhausting, The company made many commitments to change in order to get me to stay along with a retention bonus when I first attempted to leave and did not follow through with a single commitment but I am still on the hook for the retention bonus payback after 8 months even though they did not withhold their end of the bargain.
