      1. Amazing young peer-group that is focused on leveraging Climate Education as a tool to combat Climate Change. 2. Global presence with volunteers across multiple countries.

      1. Expect remote work with your peers at the start.

      Avantages

      As a volunteer there, I learned so much and I felt I was in an environment that wanted to see me grow and give me the freedom and ownership over my work. Very kind team.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of work if you are not ready for a 'start-up' pace. Meaningful work though
