      Avantages

      I am employed which is better than not being employed .

      Inconvénients

      No benefits - no health, 401K, incentives, were told there would be no pay increases for 2015, Never received what I was promised when I was recruited. Large turnover of employees. Unsure of the future of this company. Will discuss in person, not on this review.

      Friendly, family oriented environment. The crew and office staff are great!

      No assigned territory. Every man for himself.
