Startup going nowhere, awful people running it - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Click Marketing

Never been made to feel so bad about myself in my life. Team of 3 (even less now) who don't know how to manage people, talk down to you, degrade you, don't give you opportunities to do any real work, refuse to delegate, no HR process. Staff members who are an absolute nightmare to work with, from an employee and client standpoint and no stability within the company. Job titles changed after being hired for a specific role, just generally made to feel worthless and incapable of simple tasks that have you questioning your own abilities. Blurb on their website about hoe they value "respect and patience" is absolutely laughable.
