Avantages

Some very bright and good people, pockets of very good management. One would be fortunate to work with/under the "very good management".

Inconvénients

Stagnant culture, some "us vs. them" going on, lack of standard processes, not sure that morale is that great.

Since 2014 we've developed a strong social committee, continue to work with our team to develop and improve processes - an area that is always a challange for a startup type environment - and now have a designated HR on our team. Thank you for you feedback - we are always looking for suggestions to help us provide a better work enviroment for everyone!
