      1) Good clientele 2) Good opportunity provider if you can navigate through the right channels 3) No shortage of basic eLearning courseware development work

      Inconvénients

      1) No technology innovation. Keeps repeating the same old methods. 2) Driven by the US team, so if you are based in India and London offices you are expected to do what you are asked to do. No questions asked culture. 3) The focus keeps shifting.

      Avantages

      The can-do attitude and camaraderie of the team keep everyone going. The flexibility and work-life balance are phenomenal. Yes you work hard and often odd hours but you can do it on your terms. Lots of respect and empowerment from upper management.

      Inconvénients

      It has been a challenging year for sales and the bottom line but things are really looking up for 2016.
