Avantages
When I began at Clear Spring, I was surrounded by amazing staff with lots of flexibility and coordination. However, this has changed drastically during the last years of me working at this company.
Inconvénients
New management/authority in the company has no interest in the well being of anyone, not the members nor the employees. Incredibly exploitative and discriminatory, with a certain figure chastising and targeting Latino employees. Multiple incidents of firings based on falsified evidence, with HR dismissing actual proof. Mass layoffs with no warning, including false promises of employment for remaining employees just to be let go months later. Deadlines are prioritized over solving practical issues, scapegoating the primarily elder members the insurance is supposed to help. A complete manipulation of everyone involved to feed the egos of individuals who have utterly dismantled the company.
