It is so encouraging to be working as part of a close-knit team that pull together to make a very real difference in people's lives. My job is varied and fascinating. The training I received on joining was comprehensive yet realistic; at no point was I left floundering - or bored! I feel supported by management and co-workers alike, I really do love my job. We all work remotely, yet there are systems in place where we connect and genuinely build together - I am surprised at how well it works.

Clean Sheet is a small friendly charity working to help people with convictions find work. The admin and HR are very good. They supply all the necessary equipment and consumables that are required to do the job. They are a Christian charity which means that all the employees are Christian.

Everyone works remotely so work relationships can be difficult to build.
