I joined Clay Telecom just after completing my masters. I got placed there as a Designer. Now it’s been 1 year since I am working in this company.
The company provides a good platform for new joiners as it offers many good opportunities to them to improve their skill sets. Every task assigned makes us learn something new and productive.
Management, HR, seniors and teammates are very helpful and supportive. Clay Telecom definitely a good company for overall development and growth.
Inconvénients
The company has good work atmosphere and work life balance but sometimes the workload becomes more due to less resource in the company. Only alternate Saturdays are off in the company, but all must be off to provide little more benefit to the employees.
