Avantages
You can get work-from-home, and if you're lucky, you might get a chill manager. It’s a good place to learn new things and pay is good, collaborate with different teams.
Inconvénients
The problem is that some people here are not deserving of the positions they hold. Many make other people’s jobs difficult and take credit for others’ work. Some managers can be very passive aggressive with their words, and one of them acts like she’s exceptional even though her background is only in law, not branding. The work-life balance is poor. it’s already a 6-day workweek, and they still expect you to work on holidays and even beyond regular hours.
