Avantages
The company will email to all teachers that there are new students and asked who is available and would like to take the work. It is easy to get scheduled as long as there are students coming in.
Inconvénients
I do not know how they choose on who will take which classes. I just replied to their email and hope that I will be the one who will be given the job.
