      Avantages

      Full ownership of your work, empowerment to bring new ideas and projects to the table, pleasant work environment, lots of growth opportunities especially in the form of reimbursement schemes for furthering education. Lots of fun, ClassLink-related swag (socks, backpacks, pens, mints, and more).

      Inconvénients

      Fully remote can be a pro and con as you aren't able to spend time with coworkers; however, company retreats and get togethers make up for that!

      Avantages

      Money is great, People can be better at communication and at the higher level it never changes.

      Inconvénients

      Technology is slow to change. Always hiring contractors which will need training so no longevity of product.
