      Avantages

      Great product that's superior to the competition. Customers are down to earth and pleasant to work with (mostly IT people in school districts). Company has potential to grow.

      Inconvénients

      CEO micromanagement interferes with the job. Sales reps backstab each other. Senior staff not penalized for bad behavior (racist jokes, harassment). Low pay. You are expected to take calls and check emails during off hours.

      Avantages

      Money is great, People can be better at communication and at the higher level it never changes.

      Inconvénients

      Technology is slow to change. Always hiring contractors which will need training so no longevity of product.
