      Decent wages if you give your life to the company.

      Treat staff unfairly Favouritism in the office led by senior management Preach good management then do the opposite Swearing and unprofessional conduct accepted as the norm in the office. Senior management have no leadership skills. Poor management of operatives High staff turnover due to treatment of staff.
