      Avantages

      Good corporate culture, can wear jeans to dress, young wokring age group, friendly people, good location right off the expressway

      Inconvénients

      No cafe at the place of location, they dont try and promote you have to go out and seek a promotion

      Avantages

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Inconvénients

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
